The IASE Board Exams are rigorous, internationally benchmarked assessments that validate your ESG expertise, ethics, and applied skills. The exams are the final gateway to earning your internationally respected ESG designation under the  ISB® (International Sustainable Business) or ISF® (International Sustainable Finance) certification schemes.

The exams are conducted exclusively as remote proctored exams, using advanced AI-driven facial recognition to ensure the highest standards of identity verification and exam integrity. Candidates must meet IASE’s technical and environmental requirements — including being alone in a quiet space, with a webcam and a mirror for monitoring.

Whether you’re pursuing ISB Certification or ISF Certification, passing the IASE Board Exam marks your transition to an ESG leader with a globally respected credential.

Only candidates who have completed the official registration and paid the exam fee are permitted to sit for the exam. While employers may sponsor the exam fee, registration must be completed by the candidate themselves.

Once submitted — either by the candidate or automatically when the time ends — exams are electronically marked and reviewed by the Board of Examiners. Access to exam questions or answers is not permitted post-submission.

With strict protocols, worldwide access, and a zero-tolerance approach to cheating or malpractice, IASE ensures your ESG certification is backed by exam integrity, global credibility, and professional trust.
