Terms – Black Friday Sale

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern the Black Friday promotional discount (“Black Friday Spot Sale”) offered by IASE Africa, the Regional Office of the International Association for Sustainable Economy. By participating in this promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Overview of the Promotion

During the promotion period, eligible applicants may receive a R3 000 discount on the Comprehensive (All-in-One) Bundle for the following certification levels:

The Comprehensive (All-in-One) Bundle includes:

  1. Training Course

  2. IASE Board Exam

  3. Membership Application Fee

This discount is applied using the coupon code: BLACK2025.

3. Promotion Period

The discount is valid only for payments completed between:

25 November 2025 at 00:00 (SAST) and 30 November 2025 at 23:59 (SAST)

Payments made before or after this window do not qualify.

4. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Black Friday discount:

  1. You must select the Comprehensive (All-in-One) Bundle for ISB SPECIALIST® or ISF SPECIALIST® Level 2.

  2. You must generate a personalised quote or complete the online registration form during the promotion period.

  3. You must apply the coupon code BLACK2025 at the time of quote generation or registration.

  4. Final payment must be completed by credit card or debit card only during the promotion period.

5. Payment Requirements

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

Only the following payment methods qualify:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard)

  • Debit card (Visa, Mastercard)

EFT (bank transfer) payments are not eligible for the Black Friday discount.

5.2 Payment Instructions

After generating your quote:

  • Email [email protected] to request the secure card payment link.

  • The subject line should include:
    “BLACK2025 – Card Payment Instructions”

  • Only once the card payment is reflected within the promotion period will the discount be applied.

6. Coupon Usage Requirements

To activate the discount:

  1. Enter the coupon code BLACK2025 in the coupon field on the registration or quotation form.

  2. Confirm that the discount (–R3 000) appears on your quote or summary.

  3. Ensure payment is made by card within the promotion period.

Failure to enter the code during registration or quote generation will result in the full fee being charged.

7. Applicability to Future Cohorts

Applicants who do not wish to join the 1 December 2025 cohort may still apply the Black Friday discount to a future ISB/ISF Specialist cohort, provided that:

  • The quote or registration is completed using the code BLACK2025 during the promotion period, and

  • Payment is fully completed by debit/credit card between 25–30 November 2025.

IASE Africa will confirm your placement in a future cohort once payment is received.

8. Refunds and Transfers

8.1 Refunds

Refund requests will be handled according to the standard IASE Africa Refund Policy, available on request.
If a refund is granted:

  • The value refunded will not exceed the discounted amount paid.

  • The R3 000 discount cannot be reinstated or reused for future purchases.

8.2 Transfers

Transfer to a later cohort is permitted only once, subject to capacity and scheduling.

9. Misuse, Invalid Claims, and Fraud Prevention

IASE Africa reserves the right to:

  • Reject claims where the coupon was not applied correctly.

  • Void discounts applied after the expiry window.

  • Cancel registrations where fraudulent activity is suspected.

  • Request proof of payment and identity verification.

The promotion may not be combined with any other discount, scholarship, bursary, or promotional offer unless explicitly stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

IASE Africa will not be liable for:

  • Delays in payment processing caused by banks, card networks, or internet service providers.

  • User error in entering the coupon code.

  • Technical issues that prevent registration if not reported within the promotion period.

  • Misinterpretation of the promotional offer.

Your participation is at your own risk.

11. Right to Modify or Withdraw Offer

IASE Africa reserves the right to:

  • Modify the Terms & Conditions,

  • Withdraw the promotion, or

  • End the promotion early

without prior notice, where required for operational, security, or regulatory reasons.
