CPD Provider Provider Recognition Process

Achieving accreditation from IASE Africa is a structured, transparent, and rigorous Provider Recognition Process. This ensures that only credible and high-quality ESG and sustainability training providers and programs gain our endorsement, guided by our comprehensive “ESG ASCEND Framework”

Two-Tier Approval: Provider and Program Accreditation

Our accreditation framework operates on two distinct but complementary tiers—Provider Accreditation and Program Accreditation. This dual-level structure ensures thorough vetting at each stage, maintaining excellence and credibility across all endorsed ESG and sustainability educational initiatives.

Tier 1: Provider Accreditation

Step-by-Step Guide to Provider Accreditation

Step 1: Application Submission Providers complete an annual application that gathers essential information on organizational credibility, governance structure, trainer qualifications, and ethical standards. A minimal non-refundable application processing fee is required before application can be considered.

Step 2: Initial Screening The IASE team conducts a preliminary review ensuring all required documentation is submitted and complete.

Step 3: Detailed Evaluation using ESG ASCEND Framework IASE conducts a thorough assessment evaluating organizational stability, trainers’ qualifications, ESG training experience, governance, quality assurance mechanisms, ethical standards, and adherence to our ESG ASCEND Framework (Engagement, Sustainability, Governance, Accessibility, Scientific Rigor, Content Quality, Evaluation, Networking Opportunities, Diversity & Inclusion).

Step 4: Approval and Endorsement Upon successful evaluation, providers receive formal accreditation status, valid for 12 months. Accredited providers gain enhanced visibility and are listed on our official directory.

Step 5: Annual Renewal Accredited providers undergo a streamlined renewal evaluation process annually, demonstrating continued adherence to quality standards, the ESG ASCEND Framework, and responsiveness to previous feedback.
